Our Mission Statement
To share our message of hope, the Good News of Jesus Christ, with those who seek to know the love of God.
Our Mission Plan
Through prayer, facilitate the leading of the Holy Spirit in all that we do.
Kaurna acknowledgement
St. Richard’s recognises that we meet on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.
We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land,
Our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing,
And our hope that we may walk together in harmony in the spirit of Reconciliation.
We acknowledge that as a church, we have often been blind to the perspective and wisdom of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Makarrata is a Yolgnu word for ‘coming together after a struggle’.
Click here for information about Aboriginal leaders, events and resources that can help us listen and learn.
